HCFCCA, a non-profit,  all-volunteer association, was formed in 1981 for the purpose of supporting all registered Howard County and surrounding areas family child care providers. All board members and volunteers are current providers who spend their days caring for, and educating, children.  We strive to empower, advocate for, and support family child care professionals of Howard County, valuing the unique resources and diversity they provide to young children and their families.
